- Aviation training teaches cadets about the various topics of aviation needed to get their glider/power pilot license. It also teaches learning skills and discipline within a classroom setting, allowing cadets to become more familiar with such learning environment. Aviation training also provides positive and beneficial experience related to school, high school exams and the future of those cadets who wishes to pursue their career towards aviation related occupation.
